All work is subject to Brilliant Windows work schedule and can change due to inclement weather. Price above is complete including materials, tax and installation. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost, material or labor will be executed upon written orders for the same, and will become an additional charge over the sum mentioned above. This proposal when accepted by Brilliant Windows LLC engineering and credit departments becomes a contract, and is not subject to cancellation. Conditions and agreements whether verbal or otherwise, save those mentioned on this contract shall not be recognized.
 
DEFAULT:
In the event Buyer(s) (a.) shall hinder, obstruct or prevent contractor from Performing the specified work; (b) unilaterally cancel this contract other than pursuant to law. (c) die: (d) become insolvent bankrupt or make an assignment for the benefit of Creditors; (e) fail to perform according to the terms and conditions of this agreement; or (f) if property serving as security is written permission, then upon the occurrence of any such events, Buyer(s) shall be default under this agreement. If default occurs, then the entire unpaid balance of all payments called for under this collection you agree to pay all reasonable Attorney’s fees and court costs. If buyer(s) default occurs before completion of the specified work, Contractor may elect to stop performance and recover from buyer(s) the cost and labor and materials expanded to date work was terminated, it’s lost profits, interest on all accounts due at the rate specified by law, reasonable attorney’s fees and other damages provided by law. Failure to perform according to the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in a mechanics, material man’s or other type of lien on the Buyer(s) property and the forfeiture of all payments and deposits
